Yoga With Nicky

Nicky has been teaching for over 20 years and has been featured in many magazines including Red, The Yoga Magazine, Cosmo and She. She also appeared on TV teaching celebs in Celebrity Fit Club.
Classes focus on alignment of body, mind and breath. Aim to increase flexibility, strength as well as being fun. Clients would say she makes you sweat, laugh and feel a million dollars. Total bliss!

Mondays 9am to 10am (Thursdays in Bank Holiday weeks).
