Dance to Keep Fit with Paris Helen
Wednesday mornings: 9:30am – 10:30am & 10:45am – 11:45am
These classes are for ladies of all ages and abilities who would like some light exercise. All about low impact movement, and concentrating on posture, balance, control and core strength. Gentle classes, and all to the best of ‘our time’ music.

Bell Street School of Dance
Modern Jazz dance classes. Students from age 6 to teenagers can take part in competitions, exams and performances in the local area.
Thursdays from 5:45pm in the Rutter Room
Classes are £4 a session (depending on age and ability).

Tuesdays: 6:00pm – 7:00pm in the Rutter Room
Wednesdays: 5:00pm – 6:00pm in the Rutter Room
Tamzin Grimes is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports/Deep Tissue Therapist, who has been working in the fitness industry for the past 7 Years.
