How to book

To book online, click here to see a list of all events currently available.

DURING THE CURRENT COVID CRISIS THE BOX OFFICE IS CLOSED SO PERSONAL VISITS AND TELEPHONE BOOKINGS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. PLEASE BOOK ONLINE OR AT THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE.

NO PAPER TICKETS ARE BEING ISSUED SO THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION WILL BE YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

PLEASE DISREGARD THE FOLLOWING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Otherwise, you can book for events at the Arts Centre in several ways:

Box Office
Open from 10am - 12.30pm Monday to Saturday, and for around 30 minutes before events. No booking fee.

Phone
You can call the Arts Centre between 10am - 12.30pm Monday to Saturday (01747 854321) and book tickets, or leave a message on our answerphone requesting a call back.

Tickets are held at the Box Office for collection.

Please note that we may be busy, and may not be able to get to your call immediately. There is a 50p booking fee for each ticket, with a maximum charge of £2.

Tourist Information Office (TIC)
The Shaftesbury TIC also sells tickets for Arts Centre events. Tickets can be bought in person or over the phone (01747 853514).

Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am-4pm, all year round. Tickets will be available for collection from the Box Office.
