It’s a great way to meet people, be at the heart of something amazing, and enjoy new experiences. We rely solely on volunteers to manage every aspect of the Arts Centre, from set building to selling tickets, and from make-up to maintenance.

If you’ve got a little time, and would like to meet new people and get involved, please pop into the Arts Centre and have a chat with Charlie, our Centre Manager, or leave your name at the Box Office with details of the areas that interest you. We’re always looking for people to help us front of house, backstage and in the general running of the Arts Centre – so there’s something to suit everyone.

We’re looking for people to help with the following:

Hirings Manager
To respond to requests to hire the theatre.
To liaise with the artists and the Calendar secretary.
To arrange contracts.

Front of House Managers and Assistants
To meet and greet
To be in touch with backstage.
To manage the Front of House area during and after the show.

Maintaining the building
We are seeking skilled volunteers to join the buildings team.

Spreading the Word
Would you like to advertise future events on a board outside your home or
Could you help to distribute posters and flyers around the town?
