In line with the advice given by the government, the Arts Centre is now closed. This closure applies to the Box Office, theatre, gallery and all meeting and event spaces. No scheduled performances, events or activities will take place.

We have been greatly heartened by  the significant number of people opting to donate their ticket cost to help keep us running, and by the many positive comments we have received on our contribution to the community.

We believe we have now contacted everybody who has booked tickets for performances until the end of July. If you have not received a message from us, either by e-mail or telephone, first please check your spam folder. If not there, please email tickets@shaftesburyartscentre.org.uk with your full name, the event title and the transaction number on the ticket.

If you booked tickets through the Shaftesbury Tourist Information Centre, we unfortunately will not have your details, so please contact us as above.

If you would like a credit note or kindly wish to donate your ticket, then please let us know when you email. Unfortunately we cannot refund your ticket automatically if you bought at The Box Office.

We will keep you updated here and through social media. We are not able to answer telephone queries at the moment, as the Box Office is closed.
