Event Details

Our first event in the Arts Centre theatre since lockdown is a truly ‘feelgood’ movie that’s sure to lift the spirits. There are three showings to choose from.

Starring BAFTA winner Kristin Scott Thomas (Darkest Hour) and BAFTA nominee Sharon Horgan (Catastrophe) this film is the joyful story of a group of women who form the Military Wives Choir. Eventually finding a strong voice together, the choir put aside their own personal differences, sing their hearts out and consequently bring happiness, hope and strength to the world.

Directed by Oscar Nominee Peter Cattaneo (The Full Monty), this is a story of friendship, humour and courage.  “It will Have you on your feet……. cheering and crying!” Andrew Collins, Radio Times.
